|Post-Tropical Cyclone Henriette||Winds: 30 kt|
|Pressure: 1008 mbar|
|Advisory 5 / 8:00 AM PDT Tuesday, August 13, 2019|
With wind shear not letting up at all overnight, Henriette has been unable to produce any deep convection in the overnight hours and has been reduced to a swirl of stratocumulus clouds. Satellite-derived winds from GOES show the flow is entirely easterly above 800 hPa. On this basis, Henriette has been downgraded to a post-tropical cyclone. Winds remain at 30 kt based on data from a ScatSat pass from the early morning. Henriette should continue drifting towards the west-northwest towards the south of a low-level ridge before dissipating atop cooler ocean waters.
