Post-tropical Cyclone Four-E Winds: 20 kt
Pressure: 1010 mbar
Advisory 8 / 8:00 AM PDT Sun Jul 14 2019

Although Four-E has been producing a very small area of occasional convection in its southwestern quadrant where convergence is maximized, this convection is clearly unorganized, drifting away from the circulation within 2 hours of initiation. The satellite images are an indicator of the now stable environment characterized by waters below 26C and poor moisture content. Due to the lack of any organized convection during the overnight hours, Four-E has been classified as a post-tropical cyclone. As the circulation looks the same as it did the last advisory, winds have been maintained at 20 kt. A very shallow system, Four-E is not long for this world, and the circulation is expected to unfurl as the pressure depression returns to background pressures.
