Tropical Depression Four-E Winds: 25 kt
Pressure: 1008 mbar
Advisory 6 / 8:00 PM PDT Sat Jul 13 2019

This will likely to be the next-to-last advisory on Tropical Depression Four-E. Its low-level circulation continues to be exposed on visible satellite imagery, with no re-invigoration of shower and thunderstorm activity since the last batch dissipated around 22z. Given upper-level winds around 20kt, ocean temperatures in the range of 26-27C, and falling mid-level relative humidity values, convection is not expected to return in earnest as the cyclone moves west-northwest. Therefore, Four-E should degenerate to a remnant low overnight. This is expected to be accompanied by a turn toward the west or even west-southwest as the cyclone is steered by the low-level easterly trade wind flow across the East Pacific. Dissipation is expected in about 2 days.
