For the North Atlantic... Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:
An area of low pressure may form over the western Caribbean Sea, Yucatan Peninsula, or Bay of Campeche over the weekend with the potential of developing into a tropical cyclone. While land interaction is expected to deter development over the next few days, environmental conditions are expected to be marginally favorable for slow organization as the disturbances tracks generally northwestward into the west-central Gulf of Mexico thereafter.
