TROPICAL DEPRESSION BILL DISCUSSION NUMBER 15
WIKI-HURRICANES FORECAST CENTER
1000PM CDT FRI JUN 19 2015
Bill has now moved into northwestern Arkansas. Though the radar appearance of the tropical depression remains ragged and lackluster, ground observations indicate that the circulation remains closed and somewhat well-defined; as a result, Bill will be kept a tropical depression this advisory. Winds remain rather weak at the surface, and as such most of the impacts associated with Bill will continue to be flooding rainfall. Models remain in good agreement that Bill will continue moving east-northeast, gradually accelerating as Bill transitions into a remnant area of low pressure.
